Alexa voice communication with Tapo doorbell on Echo Show 5 devices
I was disapointed to find out that there is only a video view and no voice communication available between my echo show 5 devices and my new Tapo doorbell. Would be very helpful to have the feature available in the near future especially for my elderly mother who finds the mobile app to challanging to use.

Hi,
Currently, the person near the Alexa devices, such as Echo Show, can talk with the person in front of the doorbell after updating the firmware of the Tapo H200 to the latest one.
You can see a MIC button on the screen of the Alexa device, and you can press it to turn on/off the MIC.
Please confirm the following information if you can't talk with the person in front of the doorbell via the Alexa device.
1. Send me the MAC address of your hub via a private message.
2. Send me a picture of the screen on the Alexa device when streaming the camera.
Best Regards

Hi I have the same issue with the echo show 8. I tried linking and unlinking tapo with Alexa but the mic button still doesn't show up in live view. I'll dm you the Mac for the H200 as well. This is supposed to work though right? It's in the FAQ that two-way audio with Alexa is possible.
