What should I do if my Tapo smart camera keeps losing connection or going Offline?
Please help confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1. The LED status on the camera when it goes offline. (Solid red/ Flashing Green/ Solid Green, etc.)
2. Your network diagram, such as the Internet--Wi-Fi router)))(((TC70, etc.
What's the model number of the Wi-Fi router? Is there an AP/RE between the router and the camera and the camera connects to the AP/RE?
3. The signal strength of the camera obtained.
4. The troubleshooting tips you have done except for resetting and reconfiguring the camera.
