When i use pan/tilt remotely the tapo cam will move back upside vertical then it that qill now begin to stuck repeatedly
Hi,
If the TC70 can't move in vertically, can you tilt it via the Tapo app when the phone connects to the same Wi-Fi network as the camera? Can you move it vertically manually by touching the camera?
Does any error message appear on the Tapo app when you move it vertically via the Tapo app>Pan & Tilt feature?
Can you share a video about the problem with us?
