I've noticed that the recordings in cloud are approximately 21 sec, whereas in sd card are at least +1 min. Any ideas ?

Hi,
Please find a detection video recording on the SD card and record the start time & date and end time & date. Then check between the specific times and date, whether only one cloud video recording is created.
If so, would you please send us the video recordings in the SD card and cloud server to have a comparison?
