I just start to set up my tapo camera, one camera function well, another one has no response at all after connect to power supply. Tried reset but nothing happened. What else can i do?
Hi,
1. Please help check the LED status on the problematic Tapo C510W, such as solid red, flashing red, etc.
2. If the LED is not on, please connect the camera to a different power socket, or use a different power adapter if you have one.
3. When pressing the reset button to reset the camera, any changes to the LED status?
