tc70 awful sound quality
i have two tc70 eu 3.0 , both have awful sound quality, there is not problem with my old kasa model which look that same. how can i fix it?

Hi,
How do you test that the TC70's sound quality is bad? Please help describe your usage scenario in detail.
Please check if the TC70 is placed in a location with noise or near some high-power electrical appliances. If so, move the TC70 to a different location and check if its sound quality has improved.

@Solla-topee same problem with my new C520WS and C320WS, terrible audio quality. the one I had in the past (brand: Amcrest ip cam) had the same problem but a setting that made it sound very good when the noise filter was deactivated.we would like a functionality for these models too, I am convinced that this is caused by a software filter on the TP Link cameras. I'm really disappointed for now, I no longer hear faint sounds, which is a shame for an outdoor camera...
this is the setting of my old Amcrest camera that allowed me to hear everything well:

For the Tapo C320WS, we need more information to analyze, and please send me a video showing its audio quality, and let me know the usage scenario when you record the video.
