This camera is jumping movement lagging repeatly,. Tried reset,. repositioning, but same issues.

Other tapos at my home c310 is working excellent at same position.

Hi,
Can you share a video about the "jumping movement lagging" issue with us so we can know the problem clearly?
Please ensure the Tapo app is up-to-date, and you can use a different phone to watch the camera, then check if the problem remains.
