Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.2.5

Hi,

I cannot enable motion tracking, I set it enabled on the app but when I click back it stays disabled 😢

Am I doing something wrong?

Hi,
Thank you very much for your feedback. In this case, you can try to set the font size on your phone more smaller temperarily to save the changes on the Tapo app, and I'll forward this case to the relevant team to improve the Tapo app.

found the culprit,

On Android I have bigger characters and the save text is not visible!

(tried on Ipad and found it).

Please check it and fix 👌

Hi,
Thank you for your case report, and please help confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. What's the model number and OS version of your Android phone?
2. Please go to the Tapo app>Me>About to find the Tapo app version and send it to me.
3. Can you share a picture of the camera's Motion Tracking page on the Android phone? Thank you in advance!
