If you have the same error, please help confirm the following information.
1. What's the LED status on the camera when the error message appears?
2. Is the camera connected to the home router's Wi-Fi directly rather than an AP/RE's Wi-Fi?
3. Please ensure the router does not have special settings, such as MAC Filtering, Firewall, Access Control, etc. If it has, try to disable these settings.
4. You can enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, reset the camera, reconfigure it on a different phone, and check if it can connect to the hotspot Wi-Fi successfully.
