Having spent about £150 on various Tapo devices; plugs, switches, buttons, doorbell, bulbs, spotlights and a hub, we find that we wanted to do some complicated functions.

We made several automations for a plug and 2 bulbs tied to a button single press:

 -1st function would turn on the plug and the bulbs to 2700k at 10%

 -2nd function would turn off the plug off and set the bulbs to 3500k at 50%

We found that it would carry out the automations but one after the other in quick succession which is not what we wanted.

By enabling/disabling the automations in the automations list, we observed the actions happened, then switch over the two disabled/enabled automations to see the 2nd actions happen.

What this needs is, a change-over action or having a longer automation list of commands such that it would carry out one only not both as it is doing at present.

The app needs updating to acheive the advanced on or off automation controls or we are missing something!!!
