Additional alerts:

• Camera offline: Users would be notified if a camera goes offline unexpectedly.
• New firmware available: Users would be informed when new firmware updates are available for their devices.

This system would enhance the existing notification system by providing an alternative option for users who may miss or overlook smartphone alerts. It would also provide users with timely information about other relevant events related to their security system.
