Hi everybody in this forum.

Sorry for my bad english.I i have a little problem,my tapo c500 v1 have firmware V1_1.1.2 build 231107,seeing tp link web i see update available V1_1.1.3 build 231213. but my camera doesnt make the auto update of this new firmware.

Tried to make manual update,doesnt work.

Wifi signal is strong and i have 1 megabye of fiber for internet.

Any solucion to this?

Ill be very happy with any help in here.
