Hi, I have a problem with our Tapo C200 camera's microphone connection. Every time we turn on the camera, it takes more than an hour to use the microphone and call functions. It is a little frustrating because we purchased this camera to monitor our pets. If I try to use it, I receive an alert that says, "Microphone is already in use. "Please try again later." The problem persists even when I attempt to use the call function. We have two users who can access the camera, but we rarely use the application at the same time.

 

Is there any way to fix this problem?

Hi,
To reduce interference for troubleshooting, it's suggested to change the password of your TP-Link ID, log in to the Tapo app on one phone only with your TP-Link ID, and then check if the microphone of the camera will work fine.

What can I do if I forget my password of the cloud account?
