Hello, 

I'm having issues with some brand new cameras I have got from Amazon. I have ordered 2 cameras and installed them both and they're working great. Working great until I try to update them to the latest firmware.. 1.3.11 Build 231116 Rel. 69367n 

When I click to install the latest firmware on either and both cameras it takes an age.. Over a hour before I give up and just reset the cameras. While updating the camera isn't usable at all and isn't recording. 

It says firmware updates can take 3-5 minutes so over a hour seems like a fault. 

Any ideas?
