Tapo Firmware for C520WS
I was wondering does tapo/Tplink not just release firmware to all regions at the same time? when I try to find the new firmware Tapo C520WS(EU)_V1_1.2.7 Build 240306 I am still not getting this to download to my Camera. Are firmwares released gradually over a long period?

We are releasing the firmware to all regions simultaneously, but not releasing the firmware to all cameras at the same time. The period to fully release the firmware is difficult to determine since it depends on various factors such as performance and functions.
The firmware version 1.2.7 is being released. If you have not yet received the new firmware on the Tapo app, we recommend waiting patiently for it to arrive.

Tonight I tried the updates and low and behold I have finally got 1.2.7 firmware installed.

seems like the tech support I raised a ticket with have no clue as to how the release is done, nor did they even know that v1.2.7 existed. they even asked to to prove it. lol I told them go look at your own website haha.

@Toxic17 It seems that the update only appears on the TP-Link sites in certain countries. I checked on the TP-Link websites of certain countries, on those from UK and US the update appears on the support page , on those from RO, DE, IT it still does not appear.

Yes it appears on the UK site, but I still cannot download it using the app. not sure why TPLINK/Tapo are releasing the firmware to individual cameras rather than all c520ws cameras at the same time.
