Hello,

 

After operating the camera in accordance with the user manual, it did not work when we plugged it in for the second time. How can we fix this problem? There is no power to the camera. We have 14 cameras of the same model, but I did not encounter this problem with the others.

Hi,
If you're unable to power on a camera, follow these steps:
1. Check the tight connection between the camera and the power adapter.
2. Factory reset the camera for a try.
3. Plug the power adapter into another wall socket.
4. Use an alternate power adapter if available.

 

If the problem remains, it may be the camera has a hardware issue, and you can contact your retailer or local support to check if the camera is under warranty.
