Hello,

I bought a few C520ws and C320ws and connected them with the 8-channel VIGI NVR1008H. While I'm able to see the video and use features such as pan and tilt, I cannot use any of object tracking, enabling human only detection, alarms, etc. (Too many notifications without human-only detection). I verified the camera has these features when connected independently. May I know if there is any additional settings to be done to use these features when connected with the NVR? 

NVR helps me set up multiple cameras and use ethernet in locations where Wifi signal is not strong. Please advise.
