Firmware Version: 1.1.3 Build 240103

Hi - does anyone know how to edit maps to delete unwanted no-go zones etc? Cant see a way to do that.

How does one start a new map?

Also, anyone had problems with the unit making mess out of docking, getting stuck on the spring loaded contacts etc?

And taking forever to dock if at all.

Thank you.

The map cannot be edited manually. If some areas are uncovered, please perform a whole-home clean to update the map.

To add no-go zones or create a new map, enter the Map section in the Tapo App: Vacuums tab -> Click Smart Cleaning -> a Map icon is displayed on the upper right side.

Regarding the docking issue, please ensure the charging dock is placed on a level surface, without obstacles around. If this issue occurs every time or happens frequently, please record a video and share it here.

  @Wayne-TP

Thank you Wayne, yes the unit is placed on a flat surface and no obstructions. It seems to be randon whether it connects or not.

I re-mapped the whole lace from scracth too.

Cheers
