C500 audio issue
Hi
I have this issue, after i upgraded the latest version of firmware, the camera mic is not that loud thats why i need to put in max volume, and sounds like static.

@Solla-topee if you have a fix why not just send it out so we can all have working cameras? Obviously theres a bug and we are all experiencing an audio issue, why not make even a small attempt to make your customers happy with a working product.

I'm also having the same problem if you could send the updated firmware to my cameras.

The firmware has been pushed to your camera, you can update it via the Tapo app and check if it helps.

Out of my 3 cameras only two will take the firmware. The camera with mac 24-2F-D0-01-57-BE isn't taking the updated firmware. I have tried powercycling the camera then pushing the firmware update but no luck. The camera goes offline for about 20 secs but then comes back online without a reboot. The other 2 camera took the firmware without issue and the sound is so much better.

Hi,
It's suggested to turn off the camera, move it close to the router, turn it on, and wait for a while until it's working. Then try to update the firmware and check if it will update successfully.

i have te same problem, we can hear the sound outside with my camera Tapo c500.
i have the firmware 1.1.4 Build 240506 Rel.39487n|, the app indicated me that i have the latest update.
Can we resolve this issue?

Hi,
1. Can you share a video showing the reported issue? I'm confused about the usage scenario that you can hear the sound outside with the Tapo C500. It's normal to hear the sound from outside with the Tapo C500 when watching its live feed if it's installed outside.
