Hi all
My l930 won't connect to my iPhone or iPad.
it works with the button that comes with the led strip
i recently adjusted and cut the light
do I need a new one?

What's the current status of this device in the Tapo App? Is it offline? Not responding to App control?
If you have also changed the network settings, please reset the light strip and reconnect it to the new WiFi.
Note: The part of the cut-off light strip cannot be managed anymore using the Tapo App.
