H200, flashing status lights
![](/avatar/avatar-10.png)
Hi,
Over the last few days the status lights on my H200 hub starts flashing red and green slowly.
According to the manual this means it's "ready for setup", but it is set up and operating normally.
If I reboot it, the status light turns to solid green, as expected, but then, a day or so later it starts doing it again
As far as I can tell, nothing unusual or unexpected is happening on my network or with any of my Tapo devices.
All of my devices have the latest firmware.
I have a doorbell, a H100 and a C120 camera (although that obviously doesn't connect to the hub)
Any suggestions what might be going on?

H200 red/grn flashing. Power down, then 5sec reset. Does not work, hub and cameras offlone. Camera setup etc all ok, not a problem. Hub ossue.
Happens almost weekly. System has been working for months, only just started eith this issue in the last month. Had to reset with wired modem again and reset everything.

If the camera goes offline together, it is not the same issue discussed in this case.
Have you shared your account with anyone recently? Please check if it's possible that the device was deleted from the app or has been physically reset.
Is your H200 hardwired connected? Try to use a new ethernet cable and change a different ethernet port.
