c200 and c110 cameras no longer connect
After the power cut the cameras were always offline, so I deleted them to re-register but they can't connect, they pass the wifi connection phase but not the pairing phase

Hi,
You can try the following steps and check if they help.
1) Reboot your router and ensure its 2.4G Wi-Fi network works.
2) Disable the MAC Filtering or Firewall feature on your router if they are enabled.
3) Factory resetting the Tapo camera, if it displays the offline status on your Tapo app, remove it from the Tapo app first.
4) Reconfigure the camera and check if you can set it up successfully.
If the problem remains, please send me(@Solla-topee) the status of the LED on the camera, the picture of the error message, and the MAC address of your camera via a private message.
Best Regards
