I can only access the camera through the Tapo app when I am on the same network and not from the outside network.
Below steps have been tried
On the router changed the channel to 11 and bandwidth 40 Mega Hrtz
Camera has been rebooted and resetted multiple times
Local DNS has been changed to 8.8.8.8
Nothing has worked
Firmware upto date

It may be your camera does not connect to the internet or cloud server so you can't control it remotely.
1. What's the model number of your router? Please confirm your router is working fine, and check if there are special settings, such as MAC Filtering, ACL, firewall, or antivirus, etc., enabled on the router. If so, disable them for a try.
2. What's the LED status on the camera?
