Hi,

I have L630 x 4 and L530 x 2 that were on my system fine until we had a power cut where they all dropped off.

I have tried a restart (3 switches) and this did nothing so have performed a factory reset. In the app, I can then join the bulb WiFi, join it to my WiFi and move to the screen where it states it is pairing but they never pair, none of the 5 will.

I do have other bulbs and plugs and sensors etc all connected fine.

Any ideas what I can do? Have tried a brand new bulb as well with no joy.

I'll add that I have Omada AP's running my WiFi,  EAP670 and EAP610 meshed controlled by the Omada cloud.

Are there multiple SSIDs? Make sure your phone is connected to the same SSID as the light bulb during the setup.

The smart bulbs supports 2.4GHz only. If the wifi is a combined network, try to disable 5GHz temporarily during the setup or split a dedicated 2.4GHz wifi for the smart devices.

  @Wayne-TP

Only 1 SSID, it is both 2.4 and 5 as it was when I first joined these bulbs to the network before they fell off. I can try 2.4.

Only difference is one of the TP-Link access points is now attached by a mesh however four of the bulbs are almost 1 m away from the main access point that is hard wired and they have the same issue as the other bulb that would be on the meshed AP.

I have looked at the other posts that mention non-pairing and anything mentioned on them haven't helped either. I'm at a complete loss as to why befor the power cut these bulbs or new bulbs would join the network absolutely fine and now they all seem to fail.

The last time i checked, the smart bulb did not support mesh technology. You can also try to disable the mesh, roaming or other similar features, see if that helps.
