I'm currently using Tapo c225 as a baby monitor. Hence, I often turn the livestream on for long periods of time to observe my baby using my iPad Air.
 

So far I have encountered 3 incidences where tapo app was unable to capture the sound of my baby's crying on livestream. The image was moving but no sound was heard despite my baby crying at the top of her voice.
 

This issue will be resolved once I close and restart the app. The microphone sensitivity is set to max.
 

Is there any fix for this?

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for further analysis.
  1. What's the version of the Tapo app installed on your iPad Air? If the Tapo app is not the latest one, uninstall it and reinstall the latest Tapo app for a try.
  2. Could you please record a video showing the reported issue if it occurs again? Then refer to the instructions(How to get the log of the Tapo app) to collect the app log for analysis. (Please let me know after you send us the app logs.)
