Model: Tapo D230S1
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.14

I installed the D230S1 doorbell about a month ago and everything was working as intended that I was able to se the livestream, answer calls by video and the detection when it was to record for motion and human detection.

Some days ago the livestream stopped working. It's only a black screen with a spinning arrow for some seconds before it says "tap to update". Also when a answer calls the video is not working. But a the same time al the motion and human detection is working and it's taking and saving video in those instances.

I have tried to remove the batteries and reset the doorbell. Nothing fixed it.

Any ideas for what the problem may be?

Hi,
1. Please check if your Tapo app is up to date, and update the Tapo app to the latest one if it's not the latest version.

2. You can reboot the hub Tapo H200 and check if you can watch the camera's live stream.

3. Check if you can watch the camera on a different phone if you have one.

Best Regards
