You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if the camera keeps going offline.
What should I do if my Tapo smart device keeps losing connection or going offline?
If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information.
1. What's the Tapo C220's hardware and firmware version?
2. On the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, please tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value. If the RSSI is less than -60dBm, please move the camera closer to the router and check if that helps.
3. What's the LED status on the Tapo C220 when it displays offline in the Tapo app? How do you restore the connection, such as by rebooting the camera?
4. How often does the offline phenomenon occur?
5. Have you subscribed to the Tapo Care plan and stored the camera video clips on our cloud server?
