@Vincent-TP well, my setup is a er605, then the powered switch... on the powered switch is another switch, the oc200, 650 and 670 all using poe... looked again today, seems things on the other switch...

@ITV was anything odd about the firmware update ?? power loss or anything ?? or like normal just clicked update and it went sideways ??

say, had ai optimization set for weekly runs since July with no issues. i have a 650 and 670. the last few weeks i have been getting an error Failed to optimize device because of no scan result....
