@AVEDZ How high are you installing this EAP225-outdoor? Maybe try to install it lower. Or maybe move the antenna downward(diagonally)

@Goodwater You will need to install the driver first; then use Tera Term to access the BootUI.( I tried Putty before that was not working) Check this guide

@thisisliam I did not run a test but I think disable the existing IPSec entriy is not enough. You will need to delete it.

@noms It depends on the cable. A good quality cable should work. But under my experience, the most important thing is that you cannot use a long cable between the main router and the PoE injector....

@OmerPhilo Can it still be detected by Easy Smart Utility? If no, I'm afraid nothing more we can do. This switch does not support bootUI or recovery mode.

@Tactxz I don't think it is possible. However if you just want to view a ViGi cam, you can do it via ViGi APP, or windows software ViGi Security Manager I have one ViGi C400HP installed without NVR
