How are you testing it? I doubt you have more than a 2.5G physical port on the modem itself, so via some kind of 'internal' test? Does your test device have a 10G NIC?

@Mark_Williams Your ISP modem would also have to support LAG (port channel) to create a 3.5G connection between devices. If your provider has given you multiple IP's you could always asymmetrically...

@S-K It might actually be a feature of your end user device to always prefer Wifi6 connections. I don't think you can blame Omada...the client will generally choose it's AP.
