@RaRu After some time it does show the CPU usage over 0% but those are just small peaks, like 1-2%.

@IIIdefconIII Have you tried brand new configuration? Would be good to backup all settings. Then wipe out whole configuration from your device and set up VPN only? to see if then it will work. If not...
