What's the model of your product? Did you try the IP address to login?

It's suggested to do a hard reset on the camera before you configure it with MR6400.

Hi Did you setup any advanced settings on the MR6400? What's the network map? Is there any firewall in the network? Make sure your phone is not connected to guest network.
