Hi @PriyankP, Did you try to add devices to the app via Me/Local devices screen? During one of installation situations there was no Internet service available and I was able to add then manage...

Just a quick note... The Vigi app works the described way in Notifications function when I play back recordings there. It can zoom in and out on double taps happens on video. The same behaviour...

Hello Everyone, That would be more user friendly if the full zoom in would be working by double tap in the video section of the screen. Currently the double tap works in case of zoom out to fit scale...
