@Augiek solved the problem by unplugging the first hub temporarily. Second hub went through the entire process smoothly. Original hub was interfering with setup.

I have factory reset this H100, and tried repeatedly to add to network. It goes through all of the steps except the last one of pairing. I have another H100 hub already working fine. I just can't add...
