Seems the camera is bricked, did you update the firmware on the APP? Which firmware did you update to? For the issue, it's suggested to contact the TP-Link support....

What's the firmware version and hardware version on C50? Will rebooting the modem or rebooting the router help when it disconnect?

How about your other phones, laptops? Are they also disconnecting? If only the windows 10 is disconnecting, you may need to check the driver of wireless adapter or other settings on windows 10.

do you have friends in USA? you can mail the bulb to them and ask them to apply warranty for you from TP-link. it seems that TP-link don't provide global warranty.
