Hello @Tomvx You can try the firmware recovery (Method 2) to install the provided beta firmware on your BE550 V1 in this thread.

@Tomvx Additionally, if your BE550 hardware is V1, but the firmware is 1.2.x, you can't install the beta firmware provided.
