@Ednign WR840N is not a gigabit router and its LAN port are only 10/100mbps capable - that's the reason for the behavior you've described.

@DarknessxKing Archer A6 doesn't support Bandwidth Limit feature. It has been replaced with QoS. Try configuring QoS and check if that works for you - details (Case 3).
