Black screen Tapo care playback
Black screen on the Tapo cloud playback. The as card can play back. Reset camera and wifi and updated Apple phone. Nothing works. Please advise c310

What to do if the Tapo camera's Live View page shows "Tap to Refresh" after the firmware update?
Update on Jan 23, 2024. The reported phenomenon is resolved on the Tapo app v3.1.514, and it's recommended to uninstall the Tapo app on your phone and reinstall the latest one from Google Play or App
