C3200: Can't reach server plugged into ethernet ports from a wireless connection

Hello - I have a small Raspberry Pi (198.168.1.109) I have plugged in to the back of my Archer C3200 Triband router. Also I have another Wireless router plugged into the back of my C3200 as well.
When I am logged in to the extra router, the one that is plugged in to the back of the 3200, then I can see and log in to my Raspberry Pi (198.168.1.109).
But when I am logged in to one of the Wifi networks offered by my C3200, I can no longer reach my Raspberry Pi.
I stumped. Please help :-)
