Nearly all records from today are missing and can't be watched due to this error. How can I get it back? Please help.

Except that this isn't a problem here and there, this happens all the time with both my cameras, when I presume your servers are working. This is a hardware/firmware/software flaw that needs to be addressed.

Router model and Version
Network band used for cameras
