I am using a laptop without cd drive and due to that i could not use installation disk. Please let me know from where to download T3U V3 driver as default installtion is not showing dual band.

We do not currently have a V3 of the Archer T3U available. Drivers for the V1 can be found here though. https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/archer-t3u/#Driver
