AX3000 One Mesh Upgrade
Just installed the AX3000 and my extender went from good on the 2.4G freq and weak on the 5G freq to strong and good, respectively...now I'm hoping an upgrade/update is in the works to add one mesh to this router...any news out there on if or when they plan to add one mesh to the AX3000? Thanks in advance for any news...

Plans yes, but likely not until the AX range Extenders come out which will be aproximentally in a few more months. Until then we are not likely to see OneMesh on AX routers.

Pretty crazy that we have the AX extender's but no OneMesh firmware yet. That should be ready to go when the AX extender's are released.

Looks like this is out, but firmware still does not support it yet. Any idea when? Few people in this thread purchased RE505X and are waiting for that as well.
Thanks,

While the AX Range Extender is compatible with OneMesh the plans for the AX3000 are no longer in the works, at least not at this time. When OneMesh launched the plans were to bring it to all AX routers current and future, however with the AX3000 and AX50 there are some technical issues that need to be worked out. It is currently unclear if the particular chipset that runs these two model is compatible with the OneMesh service.
Currently this is the list of confrimed routers and extenders that work with the service. https://www.tp-link.com/us/onemesh/compatibility/?utm_source=spotlight&utm_medium=local&utm_campaign=all

@Carl With all due respect sir can you tell your team to hurry it up. I have multiple kasa devices in my amazon cart including the Ax1500 WiFi extender, and I will not budge until they get OneMesh. I see that theArcher Ax10 and Ax20 will get them soon, but when will the Ax50 / Ax3000. How does your lower line have priority, I know it's a software hardware standpoint since you guys worked with Intel, just next time don't intel sucks now. Amd FTW... Please push so we can get the software update we need, for it to work with One Mesh.

Let me reiterate. I responded to a customer yesteday and indicated the plans for the AX3000 and AX50 were put on hold till some techincal issues can be worked out. OneMesh compatiblity lies soley if the router's chipset can run it. The AX3000 and the AX50 have the same chipset, which is different than the AX10 and AX20. We will update if and when more infromation becomes available. But right now i do not see OneMesh on the AX3000 or AX50. Once i have something i will update the thread.
