Solution Deco App Not showing devices
Deco app does not show any active connected devices, WiFi and network seem to be operating as normal.

@ElsonThomas My 7 Deco 5's ailed to display the number of Clients connected and their names. SOLUTION: SIMPLY POWER OFF THE MAIN DECO, WAIT FOR 10 SEC THEN TURN BACK ON. Instantly displayed the Clients against each Deco.

Hi, nice to see you again. I think it did help on some occasions when Deco M5 is under AP mode, like the hardware reboot mentioned by MontyAB.
Currently, the engineer also provided beta firmware for Deco M5 to fix the empty online list issue.

@David-TP I have not tried the beta firmware, would rather not introduce a beta into my main network devices right now. Is there fixes in the beta that will be put in mainline soon that should help with this?

Same problem. I have a 3-pack Deco x20, v. 2, and four computers, all running Windows 10. One is used as a file server, and in addition to connecting to the internet, the main purpose of the network is for the three other computers to connect with the file server.
There are no problems connecting to the internet from any of the computers. One of the computers (a custom-built PC) usually connects with the file server, while the other two (Microsoft Studio v.1, and a Huawei Matebook x-pro) usually do not. However, this is not consistent. Out of the blue, the MS Studio may suddenly see the file server. Much more rarely, the Huawei laptop may also connect with the file server.
The file server and the custom-built PC have a wifi 6 card. The Studio have a D-Link Wifi 6 USB adapter (in addition to the built-in Marvell Avastar wireless controller), while the Huawei laptop has a built-in Wireless-AC 8275 card (not Wifi 6). When the PCs don't see the file server, their names don't show up in the Deco App.
Since it is very frustrating not being able to connect with the file server, I really, REALLY, hope there is a solution to the problems.

Hi @David-TP I am on 1.6.1 with Deco M5 and having the same issue with clients showing offline.
I am willing to try the beta firmware but I would like to be able to go back to the one I am currently. Can you please confirm?

@Alieno yes, It could revert back to the current 1.6.1 and updated to the future official firmware.

@David-TP I tried a beta firmware once but I could not update to the official one until the new final firmware was released. Can you please provide me with instructions on how to revert back to the official 1.6.1, once I am on 1.6.3 beta? Thanks!
