WIFI Router
Due to a very slow internet WIFI at home, I bought and installed a new TP-Link router Archer A7, but my internet speed was still slow. I called TP-Link Technical Support for help. I expected a long wait time and worried that I would not get a good support, since most companies now have reduced staff due to COVID 19. To my surprise, the Technical Support answered my calls within a few minutes. After a few more minutes, the first line support quickly escalated me to the next level. Again, I thought that TP-Link would probably blame my internet provider for the problem. Instead, the Supervisor spent time with me to understand my problem and thoroughly investigated the issue. Finally, my internet speed improved significantly. I was really happy with TP-LINK's assistance. They were patient, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable, and really wanted to help me. I am extremely pleased and impressed.
