Just installed card in my desktop.  When doing a speed test, it works great for a few seconds and all of a sudden dropps to half speed.  Same speed test on phone in exact same location does not do the same thing but gets a consistent speed throughout.  I have the latest driver and it is not showing any errors.  Any ideas what else it could be?
