Hi I have a archer c5 v1.2 and im trying to use it with a wisp. Its basiclly like hotel wifi where you have to enter a username and password in a browser. Could someone please help me? I cant seem to figure it out. Im starting to think the router may not have the ability/feature.

The Archer C5 would not be able to do that. There are devices such as the TL-WR802N which has a hotspot mode: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/1325/
