cable modem connected to wifi personal network works router connected to adapter and then a phone. Phone dial tone but when dialed busy. All lights on router orange. Adapter and router were both working but stopped at first phone said not registered then adapter changed st company and now dial tone and busy

I'll assume the 'wifi personal network' means modem connected to your router. You have an 'adapter' (PC?) and a phone connected to the router via wifi.

Is the phone using Wifi Calling? I assume it is?

This appears to be the root problem. When did it 'stop'? What happened at that time?

What debug have you tried?
