I recently got the problem that I don't get any internet connection with my extender. I keep resetting it and get the same results. Any help ? I also don't have an computer at the moment so I'm using the app but I used it before and it worked then.

May I know the issue is RE has no Internet after the installation or RE have unstable issue? 


For RE unstable issue,   confirm your WA860RE is the on the latest firmware:

How about the Led on RE when issue occurs? 

> If the WiFi Led(s) goes off when issue occurs, please locate RE closer to router and change a different WiFi channel of 2.4Ghz on router and see if that helps with the issue.
