Trying to change to AP mode. Went to web site directed in manual. Log in but See nothing to enable mode change

Please confirm RE is on the latest firmware (select hardware first to check its firmware)

Try a different browser and also try Incognito Mode on brower and see the Mode option is available or not, may I have photo if it doesn't?
