First, I don't know the info requested above and I cannot find it anywhere in the app.

Now, I have three Deco devices around my home, one that is the main one in my office and the two satellite devices around the house. The satellite devices are the ones giving me trouble. No matter what I try wit them, they continually flash white instead of a solid white. How do I get them all online together? HELP!!!!
